Summary: This large-scale renovation of a classic 1920s bungalow in Raleigh was a balance of preserving the home’s historical beauty and charm while updating it for modern living. A spacious kitchen, deck with outdoor kitchen & exterior facade, dining/living space, playroom, and second-floor primary suite & bath were thoughtfully added. Bi-folding doors connect the living room and kitchen to the large covered deck, perfect for entertaining. The home showcases exquisite craftsmanship, including reclaimed heart pine details. A new interior stair leads to a reconfigured upstairs layout with a luxurious bathroom and custom stained-glass window. All the magic of a 100-year-old residence with the comforts of a new build.
